This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.munkd.co.in, operated by R&M Healthy Foods, under the brand name Munk'd, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Timelines (India)
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, R&M Healthy Foods will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.
6. Delays & Liability
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, R&M Healthy Foods is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Heat & Summer Shipping Protocol
Our chocolates are sensitive to heat. During peak summer months, we may delay shipments over weekends to prevent exposure to high temperatures in transit.
This is done to maintain product quality and ensure safe delivery.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@munkd.co.in with images of the product and packaging.
All such cases will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
