This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on Munk'd, a brand owned and operated by R&M Healthy Foods, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all purchases made on Munk'd are non-returnable.
Exchanges and Replacements products will be delivered with in 3- 5 days
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@munkd.co.in with:
Order ID
Clear images of the product and outer packaging
Upon verification, R&M Healthy Foods will initiate one of the following, at its sole discretion:
Replacement of the product, or
Store credit, or
Refund to the original payment method (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
Melt Disclaimer
Our chocolates are sensitive to heat. While we take precautions in packaging, R&M Healthy Foods shall not be liable for melting or softening of products during transit due to high temperatures.
Such changes do not affect the safety or quality of the product. We recommend refrigerating the product for 10–15 minutes upon delivery.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for melted products.
